The hotel had some cleanliness issues in the rooms with dust and smudges, and the shower had maintenance problems, but the service was friendly. The location, while central, had some questionable characters around. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were adequate.
My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty and had a strong odor, making it difficult for me and my son to even stay there. The staff was unhelpful and rude when I tried to address the cleanliness issues. On the plus side, the room layout was decent, but overall, the place needs significant improvements.
Upon entering the room, the strong smell of smoke was overwhelming, and there were sunflower seeds and pistachio shells scattered around. The room was designated as a smoking room, leading to a disappointing experience with cleanliness and odor. While the hotel is undergoing remodeling without visible improvements, the overall condition was dusty and dirty. The location, though near popular attractions like the Vegas Strip and Stratosphere, felt unsafe with a presence of questionable individuals and establishments.
